OfficeHQ was announced as the winner of the Professional Services award for large businesses at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards Gala on Saturday night.
OfficeHQ CEO David Atkinson and other team members, including five of our Sunshine Coast-based virtual receptionists, attended the Gala and were absolutely delighted to be announced as winners.
To screams of joy and applause from the OfficeHQ table, David made his way to the stand to give his acceptance speech.
“We have a great technology platform, but it’s the people that make our service,” David said. “The team is now answering calls for over 5,000 small businesses all around Australia. This award is really for the team. You guys rock!”
A night of celebrating with champagne and lots of dancing was enjoyed by all. There are plans to further celebrate the 2018 Sunshine Coast Business Awards success.
OfficeHQ CFO Ryan Mitchell said the award was “great recognition” for the company’s entire team. He added: “And another thing to celebrate at our Christmas party in a couple of weeks!”
OfficeHQ provides virtual reception solutions to businesses across Australia, the US and the UK, with its training centre and the majority of its team located on the Sunshine Coast.
